The rankings and predictions provided by this Service are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used for gambling, betting, or any other commercial purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions or rankings.
Our data is sourced from publicly available information, including Dragonfly Athletics. We are not affiliated with the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA), Dragonfly Athletics, or any individual schools or athletic organizations.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flag Football Analytics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Flag Football Analytics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Flag Football Analytics offers a paid online course ("the Course") for a one-time payment that grants access to the paid modules, including future modules as they are released. Module 1 is available free of charge.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If the Course is not the right fit, email stephen@illumined.io within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
The Course is sold on a pre-order basis, with modules released over time. Your purchase includes every remaining module as it is published, at no additional cost. If we are unable to deliver the remaining modules, you are entitled to a full refund.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your payment card details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
